First, our main objective is to have enough water for the day. Experts suggest that a healthy man should drink 3.7 litres a day and a healthy woman should drink 2.7 litres a day. Of course, it includes food items that have water content in it. Even if we reduce a litre of water as it is in-built in food items and beverages, still we should drink plenty of water. So, how should we go about it? The easy way to do it is to have a 1-litre water bottle nearby whether you are working, playing, chatting on phone, surfing on social media etc. How will a water bottle help? It constantly reminds you that you should drink enough water daily.
